Okay I may be being thick here....okay no maybe about it...:) but can someone explain an annualised wage to my it is in a theatre and (32 hours annualised)

*I think* it means that you will be paid 32 hours a week every week but may work more some and less others, so averaged out.

Probably means 32 x £whatever x 52 divided by 12 = monthly salary ......hope that's of some help Karen!
(I've generally come across this in school jobs, where you don't work all the school holidays then its 32 x £whatever x 42 divided by 12 = monthly salary)
What they said we pay our Caretakers the same wage 12 months of the year but we only use the facilities some weeks so to make their budgeting easier it does not go up and down, their wages that is.

Yup...this is how I am paid for my job too.
I work part time and term, though not at a school. I get the same pay each month regardless.
