Have any of you used them for international flights?  how bad how good?

Reviews not great online at all but wondered if it is because people are prone to complain rather that compliment :-)

Just the date suited but I am not sure of the budget airlines international.

Have used Flyglobe span OK before.

I flew to Denmark with Ryanair and Ireland, had no problems!

Not used them but for a short flight of around 2hrs or so i wouldn't have any issue using them if they were cheaper than say BA for instance. Ryanair are pretty much on par with Easyjet from what i am aware of.

Both you need to look at extra costs like check in service and also baggage costs. Hear somewhere its in the small print they were charging for silly things which most airlines don't charge for.

Watch out Blue, they've just put their baggage fees up - so with everything else they add on, not quite as good value as they claim.

ive flown denmark and back aobut 40 time sover 2 years with ryanair.
they were spot on. i quite like Ryaniar, they are the service they advertise
i had one (!) delayed fight leaving denmark 2 hours late and that was because standstead had a back log that whole day due to lightening

very very cheap, but i havent flown with them since all the price increases

had one flight attendant whom forget to sort out currency change for me so i could buy my cheaper train ticket, then refused to deal with it as they were nearly landing and business was 'closed'
that was fine, i stuck to my guns and made sure his supervisor relaised it was his fault and got my way anyway.
he looked like he hadn't slept for a week, so was obviously moody

I was hoping to go to Spain in November, flights are supposedly cheap but by the time you've added taxes and the extortionate costs of taking a suitcase they are as expensive as anyone else.  CHECK THE SMALL PRINT !

its quite well advertised tha tit isnt cut price anymore. its relatively recent

been all over the news that the cut price airline is in its death throes.
due to fuel duty and the credit crunch, the airlines cant afford it anymore, so the websites are quite honest in advertising all the luggage, check in, card admin, etc, charges now

Haven't used them but i always think that you get what you pay for !
I would advise protecting your money when paying for flights and holidays now ( i am not sure how but i would think buying under ABTA and using a credit card ? )  as i think there will be casualties and i know one major airline is planning another round of redundancies .

I just recently flew out to Germany on Ryanair. Our flight both outgoing and incoming were delayed and once we got on the plane we noticed that it had not been cleaned on both occasions so will not be flying with them again. I had empty crisp packets at my feet with crumbs on the seat.

That is generally my moto but a hotel I generally go to has giving these guys a great deal and the saving is quite considerable and the date suited our party for travelling.  LOL..  Booking them all seperately to get the better flights is about twice the cost.

If it were up to me I would BA it most of the time however there is a group of us planning to go  :-)

Thanks for all your comments. Still not sure what to do!!

Yip your right BUT they are all at that game just now. I do a lot of domestic flights with work and they don't have push it up our noses.  In fact on Thursday the lass that books my flights accidently put her name in the passenger box instead of mine. I only spotted it when checking in on line.  The charge £189 to change it, WELL they charged £189 for the flight again.   Nothing we could do, it was a like it or lump it.  That was Flybe as I was going to a meeting near Southampton.
