I pick up my beautiful labrador bitch next month and when her jabs are all sorted I'd like to start going to ringcraft again. I've not been since I moved back to wales and am trying to find a local ringcraft. I'm on the Powys/shrops border. I found one advertised in Clun which is only up the road but there was no telephone number and had not been updated since 2004. Could someone please aim me in the right direction.

I definately know of the one in Telford as a friend of mine goes there and she recomends it however they may be a little far for you?

Thanks for your help. I contacted the lady who ran the ringcraft in Clun which is nearest but she is now in Cyprus. However she has said that she will try and point me in the right direction which is nice of her. Telford is just over an hour away but if there is nothing nearer I will give them a go. Do you know if they have a website? thanks again.

I don't think they have I'm afraid. You could always ring the secretary though. He or she may know of one more local to you. If not Leominster have a Ringcraft I believe. Their website is http://www.freewebs.com/leominstercaninesociety/  The secretary there may know of one.

If Clun is your nearest then I am assuming you are South Shrops? There is also one held at Nesscliffe Village hall, but possibly too far North for you.

Clun ringcraft runs on a Monday night at Clun Village Hall at 1930 hrs.

I've just been told, what with me having no sense of direction lol that the road to get from here to Clun is not a great road to drive down and as I would'nt be going until October time when the nights are drawing in that perhaps I should choose a different ringcraft to go to. Is there one in Oswestry or Welshpool at all. If not Nesscliffe is my next nearest. Does anyone have any contact details?

The Nesscliffe one is Run by Oswestry and Dist KA, Ive not been for over a year so things could have changed but it was held on a Wednesday night from about 8pm. Im affraid I dont have contact details, but if you searched on the club name Im sure it would bring somthing up.
