I completely forgot last year (numpty) and was all riled up to talk my boss into it until she asked me about it today!
I work in a small pet shop and my boss's dog used to come to the shop everyday until she was PTS at the grand old age of 18.
I think she is missing have a dog around so my little beast (CWC) will be terrorising the customers on the 16th September, hehe!
Anybody else doing it this year?

I've just moved into a different dept which means i'm office based for a while. They all seem happy for me to bring one dog in at a time. So if i'm working that day i may do it and charge people to pet him and give the money to charity!!! Haha yeah right getting money out of my colleagues is like getting blood from a stone.

I would love to take my dog to work day.

In fact, I'd get more sense out of him than my managers!

Afraid not!!  :-(

Bloody ridiculous when I think of where I work, but the government won't allow it.

I would love to bring mine into work with me (I work in an office) - I'm sure my boss wouldn't mind as he loves dogs, but as good as Stitch can be, I have visions of him doing a 'wall of death' around the office, getting over excited and launching himself on everyone, and barking when clients come in, so I'll probably give it a miss :-D

If I could wangle a half day I might bring him in for a short while but a whole day would be too long for him.

It's a good idea to raise awareness & funds for the Blue Cross though. Maybe I could take the cat instead - he's old and just sleeps all the time - much more sensible!! :-)
