Just heard some awful news from a friend who's dog was 'lost' while in the care of some boarding kennels.  After being told of this news he drove around the area to find his lovely lab dead in a layby.  What can be done?? He has reported it to the council but is reluctant to go the local papers.

That is awfull. If the council wont do anything then the papers might be the only option. I have worked in kennels for many years and some of the horror stories I could tell. I would never, ever leave my dogs in kennels now.

I am so sad for him and his family, he wont go to the papers.  I want to tell the world about these kennels! Can I name them on here or is that not the done thing??
