This woman was prosecuted five years ago, and started breeding again. Once again, she has been banned from keeping dogs for two years - the fine is paltry - and what are the odds that she will start again when the ban is lifted?
I really don't know where to start but if i was allowed to have another dog i would consider if appropriate one of the Rottie's. Poor little mites.. And the dog with the grass seed left in his eye and now the eye has to be removed, that must of been there some time.. That's got to be one person who doesn't care at all for the welfare of a living creature. She should of been banned for life, lets hope she gets it this time.. And then if she breaches it prison....
This woman when she was caught for breeding without a licence and taken Court in 2004 said she did not know she had to have a licence, what was her excuse this time?
Having visited her premises prior to her going to Court in 2004 they were disgusting then I cannot believe anything has changed this time. The condition of the dogs proves that she has neglected the dogs over a considerable period of time.
The Court has been far too lenient with her no doubt gave a sob story (as she did before - confused and elderly) they should have banned her for the rest of her days for keeping any animal - she used to keep lots of pedigree cats in a garden shed, as she bred those too. Wicked old lady - yes she does have a KC affix too!!!!!!!!!!
aah wasn't this the lady that was mentioned many many months ago (possibly years) after a bbc programme regarding 'puppy farmers'? I remember only because of the location, I also remember that she had been banned from keeping animals previously and fined previously. It won't stop her. The ban probably won't stop her either tbh. People like this have no regard for animals whatsoever and sadly will do just as they please to make money. Shameful.
