Does anyone have any recommendations for a decent mincer/sausage making kit or supplier?

we make all our own sausages and have both the hand mincer/stuffer and the electric. if doing large batches (ie 20lb plus) the hand one is very tiring and we usually invite people over to help to east the aching LOL.
www.sausagemaker-uk is quite a good site for buying stuff. Our hand machine came from porket (have a friend who works by their shop so got it cheaper!) but our electric one came from above site.

Sounds lovely,what do people who make their own use for the sausage skins,intestines or..........?
