In Salford Quays - whats it like, price wise and shop wise and what they sell with regards to ladiesware

Need some odd bits and bobs for my holiday, some tops mainly, and just wondered is it worth going or should i stick to what i know??

Mmm..... it's ok but nothing special.... Not really that many clothes shops to be honest and it is smaler than it looks on the tv..
I got al my holiday clothes at the Trafford Centre... plenty of shops with plenty of choice and 10 mins from the Lowry...

I wouldn't bother, its not good. Its a while since I last went and it wasn't great then but I believe that quite a few shops have closed since. If you really want to go, I suggest having a look around Manchester City Centre and then pop into the Lowry en route home.

Never been to any outlet centres in my life!  Can't stand the Trafford Centre, find it really expensive.

I've never been to the Lowry so can't comment , however i have been to the Cheshire Oaks and one at Fleetwood . I found them all to be full priced shops with some reduced items  in them . I was expecting all the clothes to be cheap !

I like the Trafford centre for a wander in the Winter as it's warm so you don't need your coat !!!
Middlebrook at the Bolton Reebok is good but it's just an out of town shopping centre . It has Asda , M&S , Next etc.

I agree!! Everytime i go i hope to find something as its so big and i very rarly come back with anything, its so over priced!! I researched some of the shops at the Lowery and changed my mind, it looks rubbish and over priced makes and i only want a good holiday bargain haha, so decided on Leeds centre, not been there for a few years so thought it would be a nice change and hop on the train and bam your there!
