Jamie Neale says he was lost in the Blue Mountains of Australia for twelve days in freezing conditions.Experts over here say he would have died of exposure after a very few days and could not have known what seeds and berrie to eat.Not to mention that he looked too healthy when he was found. He is negotiating for a book deal now. What do you think?Am i being too suspicious?

Your being the same as alot of people I have heard.
But then again, is EVERY CASE text book?????
You have to think about what shelter he had, what stuff he had on him, how much he knew about self survival? Where he was?? where the rescue parties THOUGHT he was and where he ACTUALLY was, I mean, he might have said he was heading north and actually changed his mind at the last minute and headed south!!! to many things we dont know  etc etc etc
I like to believe until there is proof to disbelieve.
(and doesnt everyone with a 'good' story manage to sell it wether it is true or not????? So him selling the story is not proof iy happened or didnt happen)

I think the thing that sparked suspicion in this case was that he hired an agent as soon as he got to hospital and had story deals set up very quickly.  I know that everyone is different but I don't think I would be searching for Max Cliffords phone number if I had just escaped the clutches of death. :)

I thought that was done by his father The police don't think it's a hoax

Sean Anderson, a Sydney-based agent, told the Times that he had signed Neale and his father to his agency to sell their story to the British and Australian media.

The doctors seem to believe him too(from the bottom of the page)

He spent two days in the hospital for treatment of dehydration and exposure. Doctors said his lungs were not in good enough condition for him to fly home, and he plans to spend a few weeks with family in Perth.

Must be a damn good actor to fool doctors about the condition of his lungs !!!

As soon as i saw the picture of him in hospital,i thought how healthy he looked for someone who'd been lost outdoors for so long.Apparently there are many well used trails where he was,so he could have got to a place of safety very quickly.I felt glad for his parents though, his dad certainly looked happy to see his son alive and well.I do hope nothing untoward is going on,after all there were many, many people searching for him and a very lot of money spent on the search.Like you,Cheekychow, the last thing i would have thought of would be to call a publicist.Where are some peoples priorities?
