Cunning Cats LOL I wonder how much it cost to find that out, 99% of cat owners have known about it forever :-D

Tell me about it! We all know that 'feed me now!' meow, followed by continual harrassment if you dare to ignore them for a second whilst finishing off some work or sleep. In the summer I can be awoken at 5.30am with a feed me call, now a dog you can say go back to sleep, not yet, but a cat, no chance. :-D

And when that doesn't work there's always the leap off the head board onto the stomach expelling all air from the lungs.  Whilst still recovering from the shock a prominent position is taken up on the chest so they can gaze lovingly down at you, purring all the while :)

i must admit i sometimes feel like im just a tin opener to my cats 2 were feral when they came to me one VERY MUCH so , she has clawed me to bits in past when iv tried to frontline and worm her, then it takes months to get her to trust me again but she never realy trusts me totally tho when shes hungry she will come in my kitchen for a stroke very sly cat she is :-) and im just her tin opener :-(

can so....relate to your description happens to me most mornings .If I begin to fall back asleep I get the one claw slowly poked into my arm to wake me up again.
