Could anyone help me with a pop ups problem.  Up until last weekend when they upgraded the computer system at work I was able to access everything from home.  Now I can get into most things but one, vital, programme comes up with the login page but this is totally blank.  I have been told that I need to permit pop ups but I have altered the google toolbar and the bit in the computer set-up to do this and it still doesn't work - it was fine before so pop ups must have been set OK then.  If this makes any sense to anyone are there any suggestions, I am going frantic thinking I won't be able to work at home anymore.  I have norton 360 security but don't really understand it if that is any help.

Usually it say on the top if the page some thing about blocking pop ups when you are trying to load a page 

if you click on it you can choose with temp allow pop ups or always allow pop ups
