7 mnth old mini Schnauzer female Ima. Ima has done her training classes and did very well. We are however having a few problems with her on lead. Off lead and recall what an amazing girl. Comes first time, does not bother other dogs or people. On lead is becoming an issue though. Ima will pull to get to children and try to jump at them, i hasten to add as taught in training i never let her get to people and control her to my side. Also when other dogs she pulls to get to them and has now started to bark and growl at the other dogs. Again i dont allow her to get near the other dogs and try to distract her round and reward Ima for doing so..... However, its not working and the behaviour is getting worse... Any ideas would be gratefully received Linda

why don't you go back and do more training classes, you don't have to stop at puppy training. i take my year old TT to young dogs and adult dog training where we are working towards bronze award and she loves it. this will give her extra training with people and ogs and re-enforce the training you've already done.
I also have a mini schnauzer and know they can be little monkeys but keeping up the training really helps you and the dog to respect each other and give you more control over her.
