Hi all.

Does anyone know if piriteze is ok to give to dogs for a bee sting.  I have removed the sting but there is swelling on the ear making the ear flop.  I don't have piriton in the house which is the norm I know.

Anyone got any idea?

well ingredients are cetirizen hydrochloride 10mg, anyone got a piriton packet to check if the ingredients are the same?

piriteze is a different substance - cetirizene hydrochloride (same as zirtek) piriton is chlorphenamine maleate. I've only used piriton for the dogs (use the other one for me)

I have given Piriteze to my DDB before and it worked. We were on holiday in Isle of Arran so had to make do with what we could get!
