I love spring rolls and would like to try making my own ....the recipes call for spring roll wrappers (or pastry) which can be bought from a Chinese market....I have no such market near enough to me.....does anyone know what I could use as a substitute instead (apart from making my own which I COULD do but I am very sure it wouldn't be as good)...

Not quite the same but you could try using filo pastry from  most supermarkets
