Hope you can help.  i have a friend that is due to rehome a dog from someone she knows tomorrow (saturday!!) Doesn anyone on here have a form of words that she can get signed by the relinquishing owner?

You could use a custody/control form  goes something like this

heading: form of release of dog/bitch
name of present legal owners and address
dogs pet name and kc reg name

followed by
this is to state 1/we being the legal owners of  ......dog/bitch have today handed him/her over unconditionally to....................................

then signed by the legal owners
and new owner
might be a good idea to have a witness sign too
