how can some people be so heartless

if they could no longer care for her why not either find her a new home or take her down the RSPCA them selves.

I heard a lot of rescues have a lengthy waiting list, but that is absolutely no excuse to treat an animal this way.

That's just disgusting!! :-(

I think the only answer to terrible things we have heard and read of late, is drop in dog centers. As dogs left tied up to hang there selves, to leaving on the road side to die and this. These type of people are not going to stop. Heartbreaking.
The RSPCA have just got to get dog drop in centers, no questions asked it may stop some of this cruelty.

The downside to that is that it makes it even easier for people to abandon a dog they're bored with and just go and get another.

That poor girl, hope her and her babies find excellent homes, and the person who dumped them, rot in hell!

I do agree Jeangenie, but! what is the answer? these poor dogs will just go on being treated this way. Some people dispose of there animals like they do there underware.
