We are moving house and it's all very last minute... We're moving about 50 miles away and have kids & 10 dogs (so kennel block aswell  )... Can anyone recommend good removal companies (had a bad experience last time with broken belongings) in Suffolk or the best priced/value National Removal Company... Any other great websites that help or any other advice appreciated... We have ALOT of stuff and we only moved house last year so not alot of junk!  Thank you!!!

Hi, thanks for your reply... we are moving near to Halesworth, near to the East Coast if that helps!  I've phones them for a quote but as we're moving next week it may be too short notice for them!

I think Abel are still going or Glasswell are supposed to be good. not used either of them as when we moved from S Wales up here - nr Bury St Eds- we moved everything ourselves......... 3 cats, 2 kids, 1 dog and mother.....

How did you do that?!!  We've considered it but dismissed it as quickly!  Wouldn't be so bad except the children are toddlers so are more of a hindrance than a help!  I'll look up Abel but I really would be very grateful for lots of recommendations as I'm finding out it's too short notice for some companies :-(

we did cheat a bit as MiL lived in Diss, OH was staying with her for work till we could sell there and buy here so every w/end he came down he returned with a car full of boxes of winter clothes, bedding, kitchen stuff etc, poor woman completely lost her shed and 'parlour' with our stuff. Kids were 7 & 11, OH, son 11, and dog came up in cab with everything in Big self drive van, cats were in boxes in back, mother me and daughter came by train. NOT something I would want to repeat.

There is a guy lives opposite me runs a removal co 'any size removal, local or long distance, full or part packing service, fully insured'
I can pm his contact if you want it.

Thanks for that, I was a bit late reading your reply and had to bite the bullet the day before yesterday and go for one... hope it's okay... anyone heard of Todd's removals??!!

Once the dust has settled, I don't suppose you know of any ringcraft clubs local to there do you... i.e. Halesworth?  Long shot, but might be one!
