but she's guarding all her food and our other dogs food so no one can have it even though she wont eat it herself??? crazy or what?

A couple of spoonfuls of cat food mixed in always works with mine.

But she will be feeling very bloated by now so try offering her small amounts often. Dont worry she will make up for it when the puppies have arrived! :)

I had same problem with my girl - and was hand feeding her chicken and ham.  She had a very healthy pup and was still fussy about food for a few weeks after, lots of fluids and whelpi milk - and now back to eating normally.  Vet did suggest heating food for the aroma and cat food.

I found with one of my girls that it was meat based food that she couldn't stomach - you could see she was hungry, but as soon as her face went near the dish, she almost went green.

Rice pudding was fine - perhaps not an ideal diet, but better than nothing until she fancied meat again.

One of my girls did this and it went on until the pups were 3 weeks old!

I had to hand feed her 1 nugget at a time - Very time consuming but the only way to get her to eat. She would happily eat a whole bowlful if we did 1 biscuit at a time but if I put the bowl in front of her she would just sniff it and look at me in disgust eben though it was exactly the same as what I was feeding her.

They all have their own strange little ways!!

My girls pups are just 9 days old and shes exactly the same its a nightmare getting her to eat anything although some cooked liver goes down well and pan fried chicken goes down a treat in saying that i still have to hand feed her there is no way she will take out of dish so we will just continue till shes ready to eat normally i think she like a little one on one tme bless her!
