Going on from the brilliant DAVE thread... I've been wondering what on earth names to use for my next litter.  I love the wonderful names a certain famous Mini Wire Dachshund breeder comes up with and I sort of want to go down that road.  I've been trying to find lists of catchy VERY short sayings on the internet but they're all too long-winded.... Does anyone know of any good websites for short catchy words or two word sayings?  Failing that.... can anyone think of some funny names??  I suppose you would call it word play??

Barbara-Que this weekend anyonne ;-)

My last litter was characters from Father Ted, like to try and get something different each time, my friends just had a litter, and the bitch visited Blackpool to be mated, so she's picked a Blackpool theme for her puppies!!

Ha ha!!! :-)  Brilliant... must have had my head in the sand as I've not seen that dog!  Suppose it all depends on whether you've got the guts!! Bull Terrier/Staffie folk I think it suits fantastically as you think of bull breeds as having an air of rebellism in them!!   Hubby was coming up with some terrible ones last night whereby he was swapping the F off F words and replacing them with a Ph...if you catch my drift... being very rude and I think the KC would ban me!

My lad's litter had a pirate theme as his is "Jolly Roger" maybe choose a film and use the characters from it? I know what you mean about funny names it tickles me hearing Peter Purvis struggle with the long ones at Crufts and I'm sure this year there were a few inapropriate ones either that or I just have my mind in the gutter.... ;-)
