I ordered a sample pack from a raw food supplier, the cost of which would be deducted from first complete order. I placed first order, the price was not deducted but I was assured it would be refunded once delivery had been made. Order delivered and 10 days later still haven't received refund despite several calls/emails.
Don't get me wrong it's only a small amount but it's the principle of it. I'm getting myself all angry now, but maybe I should forget it and just not use them again?
Has anyone had this before?

www.landywoods.co.uk is who i use i never have any problems
Getting back to your post tho if they say they will refund your trial order money they should honor that IMO i would be on the phone daily, after all it might only be a small amount but with this climate why let them keep it when its yours

You don't say who you're using but many, many people on here have had problems with Landywoods, do a search and see. Now sure what area you are but Durham animal feeds are great for Scotland/ North England.

It was actually Food 4 Dogs - I had planned to use Landywoods but I'd just missed their scheduled delivery. No one picking up the phone now, and no replies to emails!

thedogfoodcompany.net they dont deliver to me unfortunately but there products look good. or DAF. Landywoods have struggled with their lamb bones so i didnt get any this order, my dogs favourite snack so ill have a try at daf this time round. Plus landywoods is every 4 weeks and my freezer isnt big enough unfortunately
I have used this company too and had problems but i did get a refund for £10 (for the trial pack) the dogs loved the food though and it was good quality.
I use Food4dogs as well and they have always been brilliant,I got my refund on the taster pack fine.Very strange that they're not answering your e mails.

I've had not one problem with landywoods, the lady i admit works weird hours and tends to go home around 4pm, but all my emails are always answered quickly, but i've only used them for about 6 months.
My bones i get free from a slaughter house have you looked into getting them that way, you also get plenty of lungs, liver, hearts, spleen etc very cheap
