Has anyone heard from the Pick Of Litter people since it was discussed here? Has anybody got their money back or got a website up and running now? I am trying to do a follow up for the paper and wondered what the situation was now.

PM me if you want or email if you prefer,

Polly

hi polly, i have mailed the person involved in this site design several times & still awaiting answers, it seems his site has been out of action for several weeks now, am still waiting for my site to be designed, guess i belong to the list of people waiting for the same, had no other contact from richard for a few months.

not sure where we go from here apart from being £100 out of pocket, we all work hard for our money... how can this man get away with this...

no site & no refund

i await some other feedback from others still waiting for sites....

So the bereavement notice was on the was on the 14th may, so it is now end of June/begining of July, so are things still progressing? Thanks for letting me know, there are a lot of people who are still unhappy and writing to Our Dogs regarding this business. I will try to keep everyone updated.

Sorry for the delay in replying I have only just got back from Holland.

Has anyone tried contacting Richard Bailey through his own website, Northernwolf? He has Siberian Huskies.

Has anybody taken any form of legal action against his company through the small claims court?

Did you try his new business web site?

I think people who have lost money should go to the authorities and try to get their money back.

Hi every one,

Just to say there is a follow up piece in Our Dogs, so if any of you want to add your thoughts to the paper please do so. Rory Swift has taken up with PayPal that the site was still operational and taking money up ntil about three weeks ago when he contacted PayPal to complain.
