today my cat Puss Abbot died he was 14 years young
he died in awful circumstances he was attacked while sleeping in the sunshine
he didnt stand a chance

Hope you contacted the dog warden, this type of this is going on alot recently. My dogs dont like cats and generally will chase them if given the opportunity which is very rare only in our garden. But to kill a cat is totally unacceptable and id be devastated if they did.

it has been reported to police Rspca and the dog warden none of which wanted to know and suggested seeing a solicitor if we wanted recompence.......

May i ask where abouts your cat was sleeping when it was attacked?
A friend is going through this at the moment and i am learning about the law into this.
