Ok never having bothered with brushing of dogs teeth haven't a clue.
But can anyone advise what's best for brushing your dogs teeth?
Brush (which one) or finger cone
Or would you just go for enyzyme gel?

Best one to use is a Braun electric ( childrens model if you can find one).

Dogs get used to it very quickly and cuts the chore down considerably - great if you several dogs to do.

I find a raw knuckle bone the best toothbrush (for the dogs not me!)

What toothpaste would you use? I know it would be a dog one but which is best?

I don't know where I could get a raw knuckle bone (I need times 5) as most butchers round my way don't sell
raw bones. :(

Logic Oral Hygiene Gel.

Never had to bother with the boxers, like you I give large hard bones but Cavaliers (like many toy dogs) need extra care.

We used to get toothpast from the vets it was chicken flavoured so brush time was a highlight to the day for the dogs, Yum!! We use normal toothbrushes but again you can buy from the vets or pet shops.

I use baby tooth brushes on my 2 toy poodles along with dog tooth paste which I get from the pet shop. They have their teeth brushed every night so are very used to it and their teeth certainly look good, one is 4 and a half years old and the other one will be 3 years old next month (June).
