I've been trying to find a cooling dog coat like my friend has for her Newf. She said she got it at a champ show, though has no idea of the stall/company.
I won't be getting to a general champ show until Windsor and would like to get one soon, regardless of the weather being as it is.
What i am looking for is something like below with a hood on it as once the head is hot its harder to get the dog cool again without dunking them in a cool bath..

I've searched the net but to no avail and the normal stalls which i thought would have them don't.

Any ideas?

I got mine from Countrymun, they have a website, and it definitely helps. They often have a stand at champ shows so it might well have been them. It doesn't have a hood, but does have a flap that comes up over the neck, much like the one in your link.

Sue

I've got the Keep Cool coats (someone's already posted the website) & I can highly recommend them.  Sadly no hoods though.  They're like a chamois leather material, you immerse them in water & then put them on the dog.  The dog stays cool but doesn't get wet.  The coat is completely dry under the coat (which obviously with the Spanish & TTs is desirable when showing).  JennyB's got them too from memory.

Ziggy looked very pretty in a pink one that I tried on at Crufts, but I did end up with mine having pale blue ones as I thought I might get complaints from various people :-D
