We're looking at this on-line supplier of bathroom suites/showers etc.   Prices are pretty good - but has anyone on here used this company?   What's customer service like????

Sorry Margot, no to the one you specified. We have done three bathrooms buying from Plumbworld though, and can't recommend them highly enough.

Hi,  yes I bought my bath plus 2 sets of taps  from them last year.  The prices were good, the delivery exactly as promised.  However the hang up was lack of porduct knowledge from the staff on the phone, and incomplete info with the goods.  My bath is a free standing fake victorian one, which has an exposed waste, however, the coupling and length of pipe to join into the plumbing does not come with the kit, they don't have one available, the size of the waste was apparently non standard when I tried to buy one, took about 10 visits to various plumbers merchants to get the right bit, and the actual waste pipe and the right angled fitting cost more than the lovely free standing tap!  So in the end, although the bath was exactly what I wanted (they were the only place selling the size and configuration I wanted) it did not turn out to be quite as much of  bargain as it seemed in the catalogue.
