I've got a good idea of what I need for whelping, but could i have some advice on necessary items - just so that i can be sure?  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I've ordered a whelping kit from ebay - figured too much stuff was better than not enough.  I believe I am well prepared for the event now!

I would never be without obstetric gel, yet don't seem to see it on any lists!  It's right at the top of mine, along with Dopram.
