my rottie boy.
all of a sudden he seems to have really grown & filled out, especially his front end.
people who havent seen him for a while comment on how big he has got.
now he isnt overweight ( trust me my vets would tell me LOL  ) although he is more chunky than i would like- but hey we cant all be size 10 skinny minnies can we???
but he has a definate waist & i can feel his last few ribs and he is very well muscled. he is now just over 5 yrs so i would not have expected any more growing.
has anyone else had this happen?

Im my Spanish the boys seem to change at around 4/5 years their heads just seem to take on a new stronger shape, very weird but I've seen it in a few males now.  I would not expect height to change though.

With Rotties I always find they mature fully around 4 - 5 years old....thats when I always say I have my complete dog lol!

My male Rottie is only 2 1/2 and he has alot of maturing to do, his head is starting to change again and i'd expect this to finish at 3 years old and then for him to fully mature around 5.
