I must ask as I am at a loss-how on earth can the CKCS Club vote against including a clause in the code of ethics to recommend testing for this? Am I missing something? I realise only those present voted but what on earth were they thinking?

Seems no one knows and those that do, ask to hold fire with condemnation until the people in question get their act together.  I think they've had more than enough time already.
