Topic Dog Boards / General / It's a selfish time to be in season!

I'm absolutely gutted, was suppposed to start training with Miley on Monday. She's enrolled on a Good Citizen course and she started her season on the 13th March, how selfish is that. I was soooooo looking forward to taking her. Now the children and I are gonna have to go alone and practise with her here. I think she will have to miss two weeks as well! Boo! :(

I know how Selfish!  Our bitch came in season a month early, misses a great openshow/holiday on IOW and WELKS with good judge!  Having a litter from her due a month earlier then planned which means 5 weeks before my work contract finishes and therefore have to work holidays around puppies insted of me being at home for the full 8 weeks...

Ahhhwell wouldn't swap them for the world would we? :-D

I swear they do it just to upset our plans. Mine came in yesterday 1month late, not so inconvenient for this season but puts the next one right in the middle of the picking up season. I'll have to go beating on my own and that's not nearly so much fun.!
