Does champdogs give permission to other sites to take their adverts and display them even without the owners permission or are these other sites taking them without permission?
Ive noticed adverts on all kind of sites that I wouldnt want to be associated with yet they say the source of the advert is from champdogs?
Do people paying for adverts not have a right or at least have to give permission for their ads to be displayed elsewhere?

I don't know ....but maybe that would be why we have had so many Russian and other - shall we say Eastern block - new members recently;)

These sites you mean operate like search engines - they're not stealing adverts as such, just collating all the ones that appear publicly and listing them together. There's nothing you can do to stop them as they're not doing anything technically wrong. It is possible to insert something in website coding to prevent search engines from picking up particular pages but that would also stop Google etc from listing Champdogs pages which would kind of defeat the object as a great many find their way to Champdogs adverts via Google & other search engines.
