and her temp is 37.4  and shes sleeping just now pups are moving alot do you think shes in first stage of labour

from youve said id say no :( my girls on day 61 but this breed do go day 60 ...her temp is 37 shes not eating or drinking ...shes been sick again this morning and as runny poos ...vet told me she will go into whelp over the 24h and we should have pups no later then 48 .. she is very swolen down below and its starting to open up ...so im waiting for her temp to drop to around 36.4-36.9 ...is she looseing any plug yet ???

shes lost white stringy goo and is very wet down there now her vulva is also swollen a lot, she went out this morning and was digging up a corner also in my hall way in the carpet!
shes sleeping alot she is sleeping now but keeps waking up and looking at her rear end and licking a lot, her milk has come in loads

:):) yes sounds like she is keep a very close eye on her now maybe she will settle in her whelping box ?? her water bag may have burt if shes very wet , so if it she could be soon :) xx

also thay do go very quite before whelping so i do think she is very close .

shes still eating though just had her food and ate the lot seems restless and will not leave me alone

she might bring it all back up :( so dont worry if she does ...she could still go 6h/12h before she starts pushing ...but if it wasnt the water bag it could be another 24h ..is it her 1st litter ?

you carnt put what your breed is but does your breed whelp ok ?

sounds very close try and stay with her in/or near whelping box and reasure her its going to be ok x

her temp is now 37.1c or 98.7 f shes shaking a little bit now and kept me awake last night nesting in her bed.
shes at the moment resting on the couch

aww shouldnt be long now

i know they do shake but it may be worth giving her extra calcium my vet told me to start mine on it and keep her on it until she has finshed feeding them too x

this helps them too with eclampsia

temp dropped again to 98.4f shes just relaxing

they are now iminent shes pacing the going to her whelping box digging whining a little , when i take her to toilet shes digging in my garden,and i just foundher in my laundry room making a bed

shes had them 4 boys 6 girls  all doing great one was born lifeless but i revived her after working on her for 3 mins

we got 4 big babys :):) very small litter for this breed but shes a 1st time mum and doing very well looking after them :)

yeah thats great .
mine a first time mum  all babies was 1lb and over in weight

update, puppies are doing extremely well feeding well and happy all healthy i love them to bits
