Just back from my training classes tonight and heard that a dog had been found tied to a fence on the local estate. It was dead. S.S.P.C.A. are involved. I do hope when it goes into the paper that someone recognises the description. It was pretty thin and a muzzel was also nearby. Dont have many more details except it was redish in colour.
