Trying to locate a breeder in the Essex/SE area. Can anyone help?

Minature Poodles breeders are a lot harder to find than Toys and Standards, as a friend of mine is still looking for hers, it has taken her 2 years so far, no the right colour, to far to travel, only boys in the litter and then her dream little black Minature was born, but to end her whole happyness the breeder said that she only wanted the pup to go to a show home, (as my friend wanted it as a pet).

I am sorry to turn you off of looking for a Minature poodle, but this is what you might have to go through.
