Has anyone ever made satin balls? If so how?
I have googled the recipe but am not 100% sure about what to do.
What is classed as a 'complete' cereal?
What is 'unsulphured' molasses and where do I get it?
Where do I get wheatgerm?

haven't tried making them seem to be a popular american canine delicacy.!  Health food shop should sell wheatgerm and unsulphured molasses. Sulphur is often used as  apreservative have a look on the back of packets of dried fruit for example so I would guess that is what it is used for in Molasses.
Have just googled satin balls and the recipe I found says complete cereal use cornflakes or similar. Also There is an old old post on here with an alternative recipe, sounds rather yummy if a little fattening !

I've made them before, the total cereal is cornflakes and I used black treacle.  Didn't actually put any weight on my girl despite persevering!
