Oooh, yes I'd ring them up.  I'm normally one of the last, & I've got mine through (all from various different directions)

I would be on the phone.I thought I was normally last but mine came through last Wednesday.Did you buy via web site because you would have had a confirmation e mail.I had to check mine because I thought  they forgot me.

mine came yesterday i had to phone them.

i've been told by someone that i can use my Irish Kennel Club Membership card for free entry to crufts , does anyone know if this is true
