We have almost finished the kennel for my dog.
The roof needs felting and we know that there is a guide in which there is a min temperature in which the felt should be laid in. I have been searching the web and can't find anything that covers felt roofing and temperature as it stands.

Anyone have any ideas on this or know the answer?

Might be worth calling one of the local building merchants if it is not on the product literature they would probably be able to tell you quickly..

Just called a roofing company in my area and they have said coldness is not an issue in this country but the heat is?? Was a little confused on hearing this statement.. Heat, we have heat??

When the weather is cold the felt doesn't bend very well - it tends to break rather than bend. You have to be quite careful when bending it under the eaves - you could try using a hairdryer to warm it up slightly in places where you are bending it.
