DD.. what is the reason you are thinking of giving this supplement.. it works on one of my boys, but only when given alongside Zinc and Magnesium... and took a lot of working out doses etc..

Is it for weight loss?

Hi Lucyandmeg, I dont use it for weight loss..

I use a combination, for a form of ADHD in one of my boys..

He is hyperactive in the extreme, permenantly on warp factor 10.. and thinks he can touch the moon, if only he could just jump high enough lol

the measured combination of Zinc, Magnesium and L-Carnatine works for a short period of time on him..(alongside EFA's) and when his behaviour takes serious nose dive, I introduce linseed oil and Vit C for about 3months.. than go back to the 'tri' combination...

I wont give you the dosage etc.. because its only something that I  have worked out for him.. over a 2year period.. (consulting with vet on contra-indications etc)

I was just curious of the reason for the OP post
