Just wanted to share with everyone, a young dog which I handle (I own his sire) went BIS at the Breed Club Open Show yesterday. I am over the moon and his breeders are understandably delighted. He is out of the first litter they have ever bred despite being in the breed for around 20 years.

Thank you all once again, he is a very special boy and Sundays result confirmed that. I said in my original post that I own his sire but did not mention that I also own his grand-sire & great grand-sire. I do not breed myself as I only have boys (and 1 spayed bitch), but I feel very lucky that breeders with such lovely bitches choose to use my boys.

Congratulations !! Well done !!  You ll be on cloud nine for a few weeks yet .... and deserve to be !! I handled our boy to BIS this time last year at an open show with a good entry and took me weeks to come back down to earth...
