Has anyone got any recommendations (or don't use warnings!) for boarding kennels near Andover.  It's for two GSDs as we used to use a kennels near Southampton but the dogs have come home in not very good condition the last couple of times.

Whistler may know she is in that area, but she is off enjoying herself shooting this weekend :) Unfortunately I always take my dogs with me wherever I go so am of no help I am afraid. :)

Hi, We have a boarding kennels in Devon and pick up from London and Hampshire every week. Our website is http://www.caninecountryclub.co.uk . I imagine I know the one nr Southampton as we have a few customers who have used it and have not been happy(we used to live in Winchester so know the area well). I don't know any in Andover but there is a great site that we use for advertising www.boardingkennels.org they have lists of decent kennels around the country and most have photos so you can see where the dogs are going to stay.

I have seen the above kennel advertised in many places as being very good. I think, don't quote me on this but the above mentioned kennel along with a few others were designed by David Key who also did the Dogs Trust as well.
Very well made kennels and top end as well. If you have the money then i would go for one of these.

Sorry Jayne the one we use is a home based I have friends that use Gay Dogs in Alresford
enquiries@gaydogs.co.uk is their contact. They have a collie that has been goiung there for about three years so they are happy (so is Bob the dog).
