Hi guys. As some of you may know, I have recently moved back to Australia with my Weimaraner, Stormy. The state I am living in does not have a Weimaraner association, even though every other state has one. I met a girl the other day who is interested in starting Perth's (Western Australia) first Weim Association and I offered to help her do so. Does anyone one on here have any experience with this kind of thing?

We have the full support of the other state's associations, so I am sure they will put us on the right track but I would also love to know any insider tips and hints to getting started, potential problems etc etc. We know it's going to be a huge undertaking, but both agree that it's ridiculous that our beautiful breed is recognised in our state.
