can anyone suggest a good one? i am wanting to join the gym but am feeling tentative as i'm not perfect again after my op so thought i'd start at home. no jumping please! far to much up front for that!

Have a look for a Callanetics dvd. I've found the exercises to be very good at toning you up without overdoing it.

surely it doesn't work that magically on your bum?? i couldn't see where it has the dvd?? i want a magic bum to!

so i got the callasnetics one, hopefully be here soon. i also got a 10 minute latin dance one and a 10 min pilates one.
