Right, problem i always end up with is that i want to do something with my bf anything during the holidays (i am at work today but off till the 5th after today) but i dont know what, cinema is dull, bowling i am sick of, could go for a meal but dont know where as always going out, walking he hates but i love, so clash there, and i want to do something anything on tuesday with him during the day or even wednesday and i dont know what

Does anyone have any ideas? Want something new and not too expensive if possible... i know you lot are good at this so should get some good ideas? :-D

go on a tour of something like a distillery, or nip away for a couple of days to a different city to do stuff or go to the theater. i love the theater.

Where they make booze ;-)  And you get free tasters! Yum yum yum.

I struggle for things to do with OH.  I've promised to wash the car with him :-)  I'll do the inside and he can do the outside.  Generally we play the xbox 360 or wii.  I like it when we do the little things together.  I suppose safari parks and zoos are closed this time of year?  As they are always fun.  My OH grumbles about the idea of anything, but usually enjoys himself once he gets into it.

Ohhh nooo i am no where near scotland! lol! Near to Manchester i am! I was talking about Scotland last night though and was saying i would like to go there for a break but not sure which part of it, my friends family are from there and she loves it

Ohhh my oh is like that with the grumbling, just text him asking what he fancies doing and got "ohh i have no idea, you decide" what a shocker!! Always me! lol!

Distillery, of course! DUH! Sounds a good idea, might look online and see if any are near to me :)

What about that new place near the Trafford Centre - the snow place -Chill Factor or something like that !!!  Although it does look expensive !
How about ice skating at Blackburn or Lytham .
What about a walk up Rivington Pike or down Southport Pier - there's loads to do round here !!!

Don't speak too soon! lol I'm in Scotland too but it's only been dry here since Sunday, had some sunshine today but not enough to dry up my muddy garden. I live in hope! lol

Hehe, the UK Isles must be the only place where you can experience all 4 seasons in 1 day :-)

Thanks everyone thats good, i might take a look at that slope thing at the trafford centre cos it does look really good fun!! Its just so boring isnt it and where i live there is a garden centre and thats it ha ha and where he lives its a town full of shops and stuff and there is a bit more to do like a cinema but there is only so much cinema and bowling one can take ha ha!!

So thanks for those ideas!!

And if Scotland is as bad for rain as it is here, and you have heard me on about bad weather, that could be why ha ha
