
225g/8ozs soft tub margarine
225g/8ozs caster sugar
4 eggs
225g/8ozs self raising flour
topping if you want one
175g/butter softened
350g/12oz icing sugar
pre heat oven at 180 C/350 F/gas mark 4
put 24 paper backing cases in a bun tray or put 24 double backing cases on a tray
Put margarine, sugar,eggs and flour in a large bowl and use a electric hand mixer beat to gether untill smooth, spoon into paper cases
Bake the cupcakes in a pre heated oven for 15-20 mins. when firm to touch remove onto a wire tray.
leave to cool.
topping
put the butter into a bowl beat untill fluffy
beat in the iceing sugar untll smooth and creamy.
when cakes are cold spread icing over top of cakes then decorate to your choice.
