I've just read an advert for pedigree puppies which says: "If you would like your puppy Kennel Club registered, we add a small charge of £25 (which is what we get charged by the Kennel Club) for doing so. "

Has the registration charge risen dramatically, or are they lying?

NO it was still £12, 10 days ago. The things people do for money. Are they puppy farmers?

Pet breeders, who don't show their dogs because "they're happier playing in the garden getting dirty" - as if show dogs don't do that as well. The picture showed a very untypical, weedy-looking dog.

£12.00 the last time I looked!!  Though that charge is less than many puppy farmers would ask for KC registering of the dogs!
