Has anyone exported to northern Spain or Northern Portugal? I seem to be drawing a blank with a direct flight that can take a puppy unless it flies to madrid first, which is not a good option :( I cant believe its proving this tricky and am having less trouble getting a flight to australia!!! :(

yes the plym to santander ferry is very easy for us...but they dont run now until end of february....and its 20 hour sailing ...but they appear to have quite good facilities for dogs on board, just not sure i like the idea of such prolonged stress...then its a 6 hour drive on poor roads to the new owner....so plane would be preferable on thisocassion.
