As my boys are getting older, although their teeth are pretty clean I was thinking about giving them something to help ...has anyone used either of these and what were the results please
Thanks

Used Fragaria and it did nothing.  Plaque off worked on my Spanish import.

Fragaria did nothing for Spooky.  Plaque off loosened the plaque a bit, but I still needed to brush them to get it off.
In recent years, I've made sure I brush doggy teeth regularly.  I've also used a dental descaler with Spookette, but be aware that once you start, you need to keep going with the tooth brushing, as it makes the enamel on the teeth more likely to hold the plaque.  I don't like to descale too often.  You also need a dog that will sit completely still, as the descalers are lethally sharp.

How about a regular raw bone?  May not help with any existing gunk but will prevent future accumulation.

Hi, sorry, not used either of these, but I do give my dogs Simply Seaweed and Parsley by CSJ.  My oldest dog, just 4, has the merest hint of tartar if I don't use this.  I'm really pleased with the results and whilst quite sceptical about herbal mixes, she and the others will be staying on it!  the £10 tub lasts about 8 months for 1 dog.

Plaque off works well for my GSD boy, who, even though he has raw meaty bones does get dirty teeth. The improvement was phenomenal, but I understand that it works for some and not others, so you just need to give it a try.
