The vet has just phoned me with the results.
Apart from all the food allergies he has he is showing a high allergic reaction to House Dust mites
Storage Mites
and Fleas

I know i can't completely eliminate house dust mites but I will try and blitz my house this weekend and do my best to reduce numbers.
The storage mites are found in stored food . I don't really have any stored food and he only has his food unless he is able to steal something accidentally dropped or he finds on a walk. So not sure on that one.
Lastly he is allergic to fleas. I have never known him to have fleas. He is predomintly white so they would show up when i do my twice weekly flea comb through the dogs. But vet said he must have had at least one or two recently for it to show so positive.
He said to treat him, shady and house, but I am a bit worried in case he is allergic to the treatment stuff
Do you think my insurance would cover the flea treatments this time as he is allergic and its for a medical condition?

Do you feed any dry complete food?  A probable culprit for storage mites ...

Milo may easily have bitten by a flea or fleas - they don't after all remain on the dog.  It may not even have happened at home, possibly in the garden or a walk.  If the flea doesn't spend much time on the dog, the dirt left would be none or negligible.  Fleas feed and jump off, commonly cats, foxes, hedgehogs carry them.

For dust mites and potential flea eggs etc, not only vacuum regularly and thoroughly but also steam clean everything too, particularly nooks and crannies of furniture and around skirting boards, spaces in floorboards etc.

If you're worried about flea treating all of the dogs discuss with your vet - if only Milo and you're sure there's nothing on him and can get swiftly on top of anything lurking elsewhere, ask your vet if you can go that route first.  It's a judgement call and not one I am qualified to steer you towards as your vet knows more than anyone on here.

As to insurance covering flea treatment I suspect not.  I once had a dog requiring additional worm treatment in case there was a presence of giardia, the insurance took the worm med off the total bill despite being advised it was part of a different treatment and a precautionary measure only.

Just to add to to the above, if you do feed a dry complete then it helps if you bag up a couple of days portions ahead and pop them in the freezer :-)

Might be worth changing to a raw diet.
