I've been so engrossed on those free games that i thought i would buy one. Well they had an offer on so i picked up another 2.
There are problems with 2 of the games and the other i have decided is not what i want. Opened 2 of them to find problems and the third is still in celophane.. I'm going to take them all back and get a refund(i hope) has anyone else had a problem like this before. I know they were cheap but for them not to work i'm not impressed at all.
Also anyone know what their refund policy is like there? Still have the receipt somewhere.

we had a problem returning one of there learning programmes as we had already opened it.
Dispite says on the outside that to would run on our pc it didnt so we took it back.
I had to get a manager to sort it out in the end and we were kept waiting for over 20 mins so oh was really peed off.
I dd get the refund in the end but they wouldnt accpect the package gave the wrong info they just said it was a goodwill refund but oh wont go there now.

In general most shops won't refund opened games. This is quite fair I think as you could buy them, play them for a while then return them. The only way they will refund them is if you can prove the disc is faulty - most problems are caused by our own pcs so if they can run the game on theirs then I don't think you'll get your money back.
