Is baby teething gel ok to use on pups?
Pop a carrot in the freezer for her to chew, ours loved this when they were teething!

Bet she'll eat raw green tripe! :)

I struggled to feed my new puppy on the complete food (soaked, dry, with a little tinned meat/raw meat/sardines/egg anything!) that her breeder recommended until she was 5 months old.  I was worried that she wouldn't make the grade because she looked so weedy (they should be chunky) and so I took her to see another breeder with a similar aged puppy, same sire different dam, and hers had body and bone that made mine look dreadful!  She'd been feeding nothing but raw meat and bones from 8 weeks, which is what I would normally feed mine but this is a new breed for me and I wanted to do as the breeder recommended.  I changed that day and she ate everything that I put down and in 3 weeks I could begin to see her body change.  At 8 months she now has plenty of bone and a chunky Pug type body as opposed to the Italian Greyhound type body that she had before, and she's a happy bunny, enjoying every meal! :)

For teething puppies I soak a dish towel in water, tie it in a knot and pop it in the freezer. It makes a soothing chew toy, hard enough but softens as it thaws so easy on tender, sore gums. The cold might help with the swelling too.

Please be aware that at least one of the Bonjela's has Xylitol in it which is poisonous to dogs ;)

I froze large carrots as well as wet tea towels and both were really appreciated ;)
