Hi , have a dog who is 5 months and had a cruciate op , He is doing well and going for his hydrotherapy next week . I just wondered what the people on here would suggest as an appropriate amount of time to lead walk him , when he is allowed out again ...I know he is not allowed out for at least another 4 weeks but i like to be prepared . Should i go back to him being a new pup of eight weeks and just do the puppy little walks or do the puppy walks more often ? He is a husky and seems to think there is nothing wrong with him and i am starting to worry he will be be a bit of a nutter , as he has not been out since he did it and might be a little backward as far as his socialisation is concerned ?
